Shell Stitch Crop Top - Free Pattern

What will be done:

• Back panel done from bottom to top, with no increase going up (rectangular shape)

• Front panel done from bottom to top, with a slight increase going up, to give more space for the chest (trapezoid shape, see photo)

• Ribbing at the bottom of the top

• Shell stitch straps

Final result: Snug crop top fit

Material needed:

• yarn (used in this tutorial are Lang yarn Oceania cotton/viscose -1 skein is 50g), 2 skeins used, 100 grams total /280m total. approx - 306 yards) - Yarn DK weight

• hook (4mm used in this tutorial) - G-6 hook

• darning needles

• tape measure

• scissors

• stitch markers
